The City of Sheffield stole the show in session three of the GoCardless Swim England Masters National Championships after they set a new world record in their home pool.
Their Mixed 4x50m Freestyle Relay team put in an incredible performance, setting a new world record time in the 240+ age category.
Dawn Kissack, Jonathon Saunders, Lindsey Gaywood and Andrew Moore finished the race with a strong time of 1:52:06, breaking their teammates record from last year by six seconds.
It was fantastic to support the team with Intra Event massage prior to their race where Dawn in particular was struggling with tight Quadriceps and loosening them off with her stacked sprint schedule!
