With Ken’s help and massage techniques I felt great before all my swims at the National Masters this weekend. Two british records and six PB’s speaks for itself. He is very knowledgable and i’ll definitely be back.

At the recent National Masters Swimming Championships at Ponds Forge I was so lucky to have Ken on board. My quads were really tight however through massage techniques assisted stretching Ken was able to loosen off the stiffness. He also gave me some maintenance stretches to help the problem going forward.
